Reilly has Big Funds Advantage Over Romney
The Boston Herald reports Attorney General Tom Reilly raised just over $1 million in campaign donations in 2004. That boosts the likely Democratic candidate for governor's overall campaign war chest to more than $2.2 million. Reilly pulled in more than $300,000 in December alone. The AG has yet to confirm he's eyeing the corner office but campaign spokeswoman Kendra Medville says they're looking forward to raising even more money in 2005. Romney raised about $210,000 dollars last month. The Republican ended the year with about $1.3 million dollars in his campaign account, the newspaper said.Posted by Bob at 11:25 AM in Massachusetts | Permalink
