While David and Bob are uncovering skullduggery in Ward 22, I'm on the Good News Patrol!™ All the yummy post-primary hash you could want is at the Phoenix.
And here's a great little nugget:
Tuesday’s sweep indicates that "people in Massachusetts are getting it," Solomon says. "It continues what began transpiring in September and November. Voters are very receptive to pro-equality messages from candidates."
"Increasingly," Friedes agrees, "support for gay marriage isn’t only the right thing to do, but it’s the politically smart thing to do."
So much for "activist judges", huh? Also check out this discussion at Kos of Arnold Schwarzenegger's turning himself into a political Möbius strip over this issue. Shorter version of Chris Matthews interviewing Arnold:
MATTHEWS: So, do you or do you not support gay marriage in your state?
SCHWARZENEGGER: Exactly.
Ha. Isn't it easier to just leave people the hell alone?
