Mass. rules again!

So the latest "smartest state to dumbest state" rankings are out, and once again, Massachusetts tops the list.  (As Eugene Volokh accurately points out, though, these rankings really don't measure how "smart" a state is in terms of, say, average IQ of its residents; they're just a combination of a bunch of school-related statistics like class size, violence in schools, etc.)

Must ... resist ... temptation ... to map results ... onto presidential election ... oh, what the hell.  All in good fun, right?
